Director/PDMR Shareholdings
4 January 2021: The Company has been notified that on 30 December 2020 Tim Davies (Chief Executive Officer) and Neil Austin (Chief Financial Officer) each exercised options over 43,312 and 32,051 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively. Such options were granted on 16 November 2018 pursuant to the Carr's Group plc 2018 Deferred Bonus Share Plan.
As a consequence of the exercise, 24,005 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Tim Davies and 17,764 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Neil Austin, representing the net number of Ordinary Shares over which options were exercised, together with Ordinary Shares in lieu of the dividends that would have been paid on such Ordinary Shares since the options were awarded, after the satisfaction by the Company of tax charges arising on exercise of the options.
Subsequent to these transactions, Tim Davies now has an interest in 383,024 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital. Neil Austin now has an interest in 309,493 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
