Issue of equity

The Company announces that under the Performance Share Plan 2007, a total of 184,500 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") vested on 23 June 2011. This amount includes 101,000 Ordinary Shares issued to Directors of the Company, as previously announced on 29 June 2011.
Following the issue of equity the Company now has 61,777,202 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights. Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 61,777,202.
The figure of 61,777,202 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
