Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 10 June 2015 Mr Christopher Malley, Group Chief Executive, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary") at an average price of 146.94p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Malley has increased his holding in the Company to 73,385 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.111% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 10 June 2015 Mr Michael Derbyshire, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 146.94p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Derbyshire has increased his holding in the Company to 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.091% of the Company's issued share capital.
