Central African Gold PLC28 April 2006 Central African Gold Plc / Index: AIM / Epic: CAN / Sector: Mining & Exploration 28th April 2006 Central African Gold Plc ('the Company') Retention of Nominated Adviser Central African Gold Plc, the AIM listed gold mining and exploration company, isin advanced talks to secure the services of a new Nominated Adviser ('NOMAD')following the termination of its agreement with Grant Thornton as of 6pmThursday 27 April 2006. The Company has a period of one month to retain theservices of a new NOMAD and pursuant to the AIM rules, should it not find areplacement by Saturday 27 May 2006, then the admission of its AIM securitieswill be cancelled.
