Director Shareholding
Cambria was advised on 11 October 2012 that Michael Burt, a Director of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 11.5 pence per share. Following the transaction Michael Burt is interested in 2,761,882 ordinary shares or approximately 2.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
Hamish Burt, a member of the Burt Concert Party, as defined by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), acquired 250,000 ordinary shares at 11.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction the Burt Concert Party (which includes Michael Burt) is interested in 5,755,924 ordinary shares or approximately 5.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
