Cambria Automobiles Plc (AIM:CAMB), the UK motor dealer group, announces that Warren Scott has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman and a director of the Company due to other significant commitments and will be replaced by Philip Swatman with immediate effect.

The Board acknowledges and understands the extent of Warren's other executive commitments and would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to the development of the Group since its admission to AIM in 2010 and wish him well in the future.

Philip Swatman was a Vice-Chairman of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild from 2001 until his retirement in September 2008, having originally joined NM Rothschild in 1979 as a Corporate Financier, becoming a Director in 1986. He subsequently became a Managing Director and later Co-Head of Investment Banking.

During his distinguished career with NM Rothschild, the bank made significant progress in repositioning itself as a leading global advisory firm. He was accordingly involved in numerous major transactions.

Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG after graduating from Christ Church, Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
