SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified on 23 September 2015, that on that date, Mark Seemann, Chief Executive of the Group, purchased 4,494 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Mark Seemann is interested in 922,106 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.60% of the Group's total voting rights.
