Resignation of Xavier Pullen

Capital & Regional confirms that as announced on 14 August 2013 Xavier Pullen has resigned from the Board effective today.

As previously noted Xavier will continue to maintain close links with the Company, taking up the role of senior adviser supporting the execution of the strategy for Germany.

Hugh Scott-Barrett, Chief Executive commented:

"I would like to thank Xavier for his huge contribution to the Company over many years and look forward to him continuing to play a valuable role going forward."

Xavier Pullen commented:

"I am immensely proud of, and have very much enjoyed, my many years at Capital and Regional. I look forward to maintaining contact and continuing to make a meaningful contribution to our German assets going forward"
