DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company received notification on 11 August 2017 that Laura Whyte, a non-executive Director of the Company, had acquired 13,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at 56.50 pence per share. Laura Whyte's beneficial holding following the transaction is 72,036 shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
