CAPITAL & REGIONAL PLC ("Capital & Regional" or "the Company")

NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

On 30 March 2016 the Company received notification that Rameros Investments sold 150,000 shares on 8 March 2016 at a net price of 13.49 ZAR per share, equivalent to 61.6p per share based on an exchange rate of 21.9 ZAR to 1 GBP at 8 March 2016.

Rameros Investments is a connected party of Louis Norval although he does not have a beneficial interest in the entity.

The beneficial interest of Louis Norval in the Company is 129,102,511 ordinary shares, representing 18.42% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 167,596,283 shares, representing 23.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
