DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 24 June 2020 through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme ("the Scrip"). The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at 91.00 pence per share, being the Scrip reference share price.

The shares acquired through the scrip by PDI Investment Holdings Limited and Mstead Limited have been added to the shares already subject to a pledge in respect of investment arrangements, resulting in the total shareholdings of 4,536,568 and 5,742,052 respectively being subject to the pledge.

The revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in ordinary shares of the Company is 10,313,718 shares, representing 9.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
