Board Change
Bellzone Mining plc (AIM: BZM) announces that Mr. Kum Hon Tung ("Mr. Tung") has tendered his resignation as Executive Director of the Company, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Acting Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") to pursue other career opportunities.
Mr. Tung and the Company have agreed that he will remain as Executive Director, CFO and Acting CEO of the Company until 31 October 2015 whilst the Company seeks a suitable replacement.
The board thanks Mr. Tung for his dedicated service in helping to reshape the Company for the challenges ahead and his sterling contribution. He leaves with our best wishes.
