Byotrol PLC01 August 2007 Byotrol plc ("Byotrol" or "the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Board of Byotrol announces that it has granted the following options toDirectors of the Company: 1. 50,000 options exercisable at 50p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Chairman, Wesley Devoto. 2. 100,000 options exercisable at 50p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Chief Executive, David McRobbie. 3. 100,000 options exercisable at 50p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Deputy Chairman, Stephen Falder. 4. 50,000 options exercisable at 50p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Finance Director, Richard Bell. 5. 50,000 options exercisable at 50p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to a Non-Executive Director, Ian Mainman. All options were granted by the remuneration committee on 31 July 2007. Alloptions are exercisable at any time between 31 July 2009 and 30 July 2017subject to the closing mid-market share price of Byotrol being not less than180p each business day for a consecutive period of three months.
