NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
OR CONNECTED PERSONS ("PCA")
27 NOVEMBER 2024
The Company was notified on 26 November 2024 that the following transactions (purchase of shares in the capital of the Company), which relate to The Company's Directors and PDMRs took place.
Jason Honeyman purchased 1,274 ordinary 12.5p shares, Keith Adey purchased 777 ordinary 12.5p shares and Simon Scougall purchased 515 ordinary 12.5p shares, all in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). The purchase of Shares was made in line with the requirements of the Remuneration Policy to defer any bonus in excess of 100% of salary into shares to be held for three years. Following the purchase, the Shares will be transferred to the Directors' spouses' names.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
