N Brown Group plc

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a Block Listing of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each of N Brown Group plc to be admitted to the Official List. 3,100,000 shares are to be issued in respect of the Issuer's Value Creation Plan 2009; 200,000 shares are to be issued in respect of the Issuer's Long term Incentive plan and 200,000 shares to be issues in respect of the issuers Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital of the company.
