Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces that on 24 June 2026 it made a market purchase of 6,746,730 of its own Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 45.89 pence per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury

69,815,101

Total Voting Rights/Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
