Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we would like to notify the market of the following:
On 15 March 2022, the Company allotted 8,586,386 new Ordinary Shares which were admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Therefore, as at 31 March 2022, the issued share capital and voting rights of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc are as follows:
