Change in Directors' interests in the shares of BTG plc ("BTG" or the "Company")

Sharesave
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2015 became eligible for exercise from 1 October 2018.
Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 713 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 504.4p per share.
On 23 November, Louise elected to exercise her options at a cost of £3,596.37. Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding has increased from 888,298 to 889,011 shares, being 0.2% of the issued share capital.
