Change in Directors' interests in the shares of BTG plc ("BTG" or the "Company")
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
The following transactions have taken place in relation to the executive directors.
Louise Makin
On 1 June 2015, 54,192 shares were released to Louise Makin under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan. 25,671 shares were sold at an average price of 704.8779p per share, raising £180,587.29 after dealing costs, with the proceeds being used solely to settle Louise's income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from this share release.
Following this transaction her total holding has increased by 28,521 shares from 514,732 to 543,253 shares, being 0.142% of the issued share capital.
Rolf Soderstrom
On 1 June 2015, 35,225 shares were released to Rolf Soderstrom under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan. The shares were sold at an average price of 704.8779p per share, raising £247,796.61 after dealing costs, with the proceeds being used in part to settle Rolf's income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from this share release.
Following this transaction his total holding remains as 184,252, being 0.048% of the issued share capital.
In each case the individuals requested consent to deal which was granted by the Chairman in compliance with the Model Code. The sales took place between 1 and 3 June, 2015.
