Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited (the "Company") regrets to announce that Mr Edward Flood, who had been a director of the Company since its formation, passed away last week after a battle with a long term illness.

The Company offers its sincere condolences to Mr Flood's family. He remained a committed and active Board member throughout his courageous struggle, and his contributions and insights on the mining industry will be sorely missed by the Board and Investment Manager.
