Orca Interactive Ltd18 August 2005 For immediate release: Thursday, August 18, 2005 ORCA INTERACTIVE LIMITED Orca Wins Agreement with Leading European Broadband Operator Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA), a global market leader in developing applicationsfor IPTV, announces that it has signed an agreement to provide its IPTVmiddleware to a Western European telecommunications and data transmissioncarrier which is aiming to launch an IPTV service by the end of the currentyear. The IPTV solution will be provided by a coalition of companies, led by aEuropean systems integrator. Under the terms of the agreement, Orca will sell licenses for its RiGHTv IPTVmiddleware platform to the carrier service provider. The operator has committedto purchasing 150,000 Orca licenses over a three year period. 60,000 of theselicenses will be purchased in the current financial year. The contract isexpected to generate multi million Euro revenues to Orca over the next threeyears and will contribute to this year's revenues.
