Emblaze Ltd06 April 2005 6 April 2005 Emblaze Appoints Former Chief-of-Staff of the Israeli Defense Force, Amnon Lipkin-Shahak, as Chairman for Visual Defence Emblaze Ltd. announces the appointment of Amnon Lipkin-Shahak, formerChief-of-Staff of the Israeli Defense Force, as a non-executive chairman forVisual Defence, which will take effect immediately. Mr. Lipkin-Shahak graduated from the Military High School on Haifa in 1962 andthen enlisted into the Israel Defense Forces, serving until July 1998. Duringwhich time Mr. Lipkin-Shahak was appointed Chief of the General Staff of theIsrael Defense Forces. General Amnon Lipkin-Shahak retired from the Israel Defense Forces in July 1998.After which he was appointed Minister of Tourism and Minister of Transport untilFebruary 2001, whenMr. Lipkin-Shahak resigned from all political activities and posts to enter intobusiness. Amnon Lipkin-Shahak said: "I am pleased to be joining Visual Defence at such animportant stage of their development.
