Director's Dealings
On 10 June 2014 the Company was notified that Robert de Picciotto, a Director of the Company, today exercised options over:-
100,000 ordinary share in Brady at an exercise price of 66.5p.
75,000 ordinary shares in Brady at an exercise price of 66.5p.
37,500 ordinary shares in Brady at an exercise price of 74p.
The Company has been informed that it is Mr de Picciotto's intention to hold the shares. Following the transactions, Mr de Picciotto holds 212,500 ordinary share in the Company.
The Company has applied for 212,500 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 16 June 2014.
Following admission of the 212,500 new ordinary shares the Company's capital consists of 81,329,634 ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 4,306. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 81,325,328.
The above figure (81,325,328) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brady under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
