Disposal of Swift House, Cosford Lane, Rugby
On 3 March 2014, IRP Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of FCRE, disposed of an industrial property in Rugby for £5.25 million, at an initial yield of 9.4 per cent. The property is let to Premier Foods Group Ltd until 24 December 2018 at a rent of £523,573 per annum.
The property was valued at £5.3 million as at 31 December 2013.
Disposal of Unit 1, King George Close, Romford
On 28 February 2014, IPT Property Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of FCRE, disposed of an industrial property in Romford for £2.45 million, at an initial yield of 7.1 per cent. The property is let to Crystal Windows and Doors Ltd until 24 March 2027 at a rent of £185,000 per annum.
The property was valued at £2.45 million as at 31 December 2013.
