Exercise of Options

BlueRock Diamonds (AIM: BRD) announces that it has been notified that the following Directors have elected to exercise share options granted under the Company's share option scheme.

Andre Markgraaff exercised options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18p.

Riaan Visser exercised options over 180,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14p.

Following the exercise of the options, Andre Markgraaff will have a beneficial interest in 700,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.16% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company and Riaan Visser will have a beneficial interest in 830,500 Ordinary Shares representing 2.56% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.

The funds received by the Group will be used to support working capital.

An application has been made for 280,500 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on or about 8.00 a.m. on 15 January 2016.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following the options being exercised its issued share capital will consist of 32,440,944 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the exercise of the Options, the Company has the following share options in issue, exercisable until 4 September 2018, representing 11.84% of the Company's issued share capital following Admission:
