Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that Susan McErlain, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 16,256 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 January 2024 at a price of 61.44 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Susan McErlain is beneficially interested in 40,630 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.012 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
Furthermore, Sharon Daly (née Collins), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 32,797 Ordinary Shares on 24 January 2024 at a price of 60.98 pence per Ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Sharon Daly is beneficially interested in 32,797 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.010% of the issued share capital of the Company.
