Brammer PLC02 April 2008 Brammer plc - Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rulessourcebook, Brammer hereby notifies the market of the following: Brammer plc's capital consists of 52,898,697 ordinary shares with voting rightsas at 31 March 2008. There are no such shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brammer plc is 52,898,697 as at31 March 2008.
