The Company was notified on 2nd September 2013 that on 2nd September 2013 Mr Trend disposed of 4,232 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at an average price of 469.36p per share and then subsequently purchased 1,569 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his SIPP and 2,663 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his ISA, all at an average market price 475.97p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interests of Mr Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend in the issued share capital of the Company remain unchanged at 100,000 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.0851% of the issued share capital of the Company.
