Total Voting Rights  

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the total number of voting rights and capital in the Company.  

As at the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of the Company is comprised of 23,149,987 ordinary shares of 10p each. As 797,000 of these ordinary shares are held as treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 22,352,987. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
