Issue of shares and Total Voting Rights

Bioquell PLC announces that it has issued 6,834 Ordinary Shares of 10p each following the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. 

The issued share capital of the Company is now comprised of 22,993,212 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. As 632,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held as treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the company is 22,361,212. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
