In summary, the Company is seeking shareholders' approval at the EGM to: * increase the distributable reserves of the Company by cancelling the share premium account which will help facilitate the payment of future dividends; * adopt new Articles of Association which, among other things, reflect recent changes in legislation; and * amend the Company's share option schemes to facilitate the continued use of options as a form of equity incentivisation for the management of the BIOQUELL Group.
