Onย August 11, 2008, theย Ordinaryย Generalย Assemblyย of shareholders of Bank Audi s.a.l. - Audi Saradar Group held a meeting at the Bank's Head Officeย inย Beirut,ย Lebanon. The Ordinary General Assembly, having taken note of theย resignation of Mr. Maurice Sayde from his position as a member of the Board of Directors,ย adopted the following resolution:
Resolutionย :
Theย Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders of Bank Audi s.a.l - Audi Saradar Group,ย elects Dr. Georges Antoun Gedeon Achi member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for the remainder of the term of the existing Board of Directors that ends upon theย meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders that will examine the accounts of the financial year 2009.
