Listing of Shares
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 4,955 ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares have been issued and allotted pursuant to the PartyGaming Plc All-Employee Option Plan. The 4,955 shares rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue. As a result, the Company will have a total of 852,282,690 shares issued and admitted to trading. Each share carries the right to one vote, with the exception of shares held by the Company's employee benefit trust (registered in the name of Rock Wren Limited), which has waived the voting rights in respect of the shares it holds. The employee benefit trust currently holds 5,076,874 shares and therefore the total number of shares with voting rights is currently 847,205,816.
