Global alliance with CIRSA
PartyGaming, the world's leading listed online gaming company, today announces that it has entered into a three-year global alliance with CIRSA Gaming Corporation S.A. ("CIRSA"), the international gaming and leisure company. As part of the alliance, PartyGaming and CIRSA will cooperate to explore and develop internet gaming opportunities in Spanish speaking countries.
Originally founded in 1978 as a manufacturer of slot machines, CIRSA has become one of the world's leading offline gaming companies with 13,000 employees and activities in more than 70 countries. CIRSA owns and operates bingo halls, casinos and amusement arcades. It has market leadership in Spain where it has 57 bingo clubs, four casinos and 139 amusement arcades. It has also established a strong presence in Latin and South America.
