Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
bwin.party has today been notified that Manfred Bodner, Non-Executive Director, has granted a charge over all ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each of the Company ('Shares') in which he has a beneficial interest, as security against a loan made by a financial institution to Manfred Bodner.
Manfred Bodner remains the beneficial owner of 12,298,427 Shares, representing 1.51% of the Company's issued share capital. He holds his beneficial interest in the Shares through New Media Gaming & Holding Limited, a company Manfred Bodner jointly owns with Norbert Teufelberger, the Company's Co-Chief Executive Officer.
Manfred Bodner remains the beneficial owner of all the secured Shares which are subject to the charge and retains the associated voting rights.
