Award of Deferred Share Bonus to Chief Executive Officer
PartyGaming announces that in connection with payment of a proportion of the annual bonus for the financial year to 31 December 2010, Jim Ryan has today been granted a deferred bonus in the form of a conditional share award over 272,728 PartyGaming ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each. No consideration was paid by Mr Ryan for the grant of this award, the vesting of which will normally occur in four equal tranches every quarter commencing on 30 June 2011, subject to continued employment on the relevant vesting dates.
