Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank received from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank, the notifications on acquisitions and disposals (settlement) of Bank's phantom shares ("Notifications") in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff. The Notifications are attached herewith.
