Report 1/2014: Change of the stake below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank |
UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that the Bank received the notification from Aberdeen Asset Managment PLC (and/or acting for its affiliates) with its registered office in Aberdeen (the "Notifying Entity"), about reducing below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank. The aforementioned decrease of the held stake is the result of the sale of 50,000 shares in the Bank that occurred on 3 January, 2014.
Prior to the disposal, the Notifying Entity owned 13.121.767 shares in the Bank, constituting 5,0% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
Currently, the Notifying Entity holds 13.071.767 shares in Bank, i.e. 4,98% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
