British Polythene Industries PLC14 October 2005 14 October 2005 BRITISH POLYTHENE INDUSTRIES PLC DISPOSAL OF PROPERTIES British Polythene Industries PLC (BPI) announced today that it has completed thesale of two surplus properties for a consideration of £2.7m. The profit on sale of £0.85m after expenses will be included in the results forthe year ended 31 December 2005. The proceeds will be used to reduce bank borrowings.
