As at the date of this announcement, the issued share capital of Tritax EuroBox plc (ticker: EBOX) consists of 615,360,961 Ordinary Shares of 1 cent each in issue. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and there are no shares held in Treasury.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
