Grant of Options

The Company announces that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, was today granted 354,528 share options with an exercise price of 21 pence based on the mid-market share price at close of business yesterday.

These options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 22 September 2015 and expiring on the 21 September 2022.

As a result, Rupert Garton is now interested in 854,528 share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.

In addition, Rupert Garton has a beneficial interest in 647,596 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 6.91 per cent of the total issued share capital.

As at the date of this announcement and inclusive of the above, there are 1,207,758 options over ordinary shares in the Company.
