Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, was informed on 6 March 2019 that Roger Maddock, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.9 pence per share on 6 March 2019.
As a result Roger Maddock now holds 27,846,160 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.16 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
