Total Voting Rights
boohoo (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion retailer, announces that as at 14 February 2023 the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") and voting rights in the Company is 1,268,333,439.
No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
This figure for total number of Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
