Director's Dealing
boohoo.com plc (AIM: BOO), one of the UK's largest pure-play online, own brand fashion retailers announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Peter Williams (Non-Executive Chairman). The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 16 June 2014.
Peter Williams has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.68p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Peter has an interest in 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares (of which 1,900,000 are via an option), representing approximately 0.20 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital (of which approximately 0.17 per cent. of this interest is via an option).
