("Boku" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
Purchase of Shares by Directors
The Company announces that Jon Prideaux (CEO), Stuart Neal (CFO) and Richard Hargreaves (non-executive director) yesterday notified the Company that they each purchased common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") on 10 December 2018.
Jon Prideaux purchased 30,000 Common Shares for 72.5 pence each. Following this transaction, Mr Prideaux has a beneficial holding of 2,318,875 Common Shares which represents 1.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Stuart Neal purchased 30,000 Common Shares for 72.5 pence each. Following this transaction, Mr Neal has a beneficial holding of 287,500 Common Shares which represents 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Richard Hargreaves purchased 285,999 Common Shares for an average price of 72.9 pence each. Following this transaction, Mr Hargreaves has a beneficial holding of 1,383,008 Common Shares which represents 0.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
