Exercise of Options
The Company announces that Richard Hargreaves, non-executive director of the Company, notified the Company that he has exercised a total of 31,250 options over common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at $0.28 per share on 29 October 2018 under the Company's Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.
Adam Lee, Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, notified the Company that he has exercised a total of 446,113 options over Common Shares at $0.28 per share on 25 October 2018 under the Company's Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.
As a result of these option exercises, Richard Hargreaves has a beneficial holding of 1,097,099 Common Shares (which represents 0.49% of the issued share capital of the Company) and Adam Lee has a beneficial holding of 649,710 Common Shares (which represents 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company).
Total Voting Rights
The Company advises that, as at 30 October 2018, the Company's issued share capital is 223,366,994 Common Shares. No shares are held in treasury. As such, the Company's total number of Common Shares with voting rights is 223,366,994.
The above figure of 223,366,994 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
