Appointment of Directors

Gold Oil, the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production company, (AIM: GOO), with a primary focus on Latin America, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Neville and William Daily as a Non-Executive Director's of Gold Oil.

The New Directors

Details of the new Director are set out below:

Mike Neville aged 48, MBA, Non-executive Chairman.

Michael Neville was appointed to the Netcall Board on 30 July 2010 following the acquisition of Telephonetics plc where he served as a Non-Executive Chairman from July 2005. Netcall PLC is listed on AIM and Mike Neville is Chairman of the audit committee and Chairman of remuneration committee He is also a Non-Executive Director Cellcast PLC, a company listed on AIM. His background is in the telecommunications, technology and media arena. Mr Neville has worked with many institutions, merchant banks and private equity houses over the last fifteen years, where he has been involved in fund raisings, structured and leveraged transactions and of late high yield bonds.

Full Name: Michael Patrick Neville

Mike Neville has entered into a letter of appointment with the Company dated 24 July 2021. The Company has agreed a fee of £25,000 per annum for 24 days work (plus a pro-rated daily rate for any additional time which they are requested to spend on Gold Oil business over and above those 24 days) and a notice period of 6 months to terminate the contracts.

There are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 17 schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Mike Neville.

William W. Daily aged 69, BS in Petroleum Engineering, Non-executive Director.

Bill Daily has over 40 years' experience in oil and gas industry, having occupied senior roles at Arco and Occidental and at several North American based Independent oil and gas producers. Mr Daily managed on behalf of Nelson Resources and Kazakhstan's national oil company their JV Company where he tripled production in two years to an average of 45,000 BOPD. During his tenure Nelson's stock price rose from $0.30 CDN/share to be sold to Lukoil in December 2005 at $2.85. Mr Daily is a managing consultant and serves on the Executive Committee of the Stanford University Petroleum Investments Committee, and the Board of Governors of the Institute of the North Foundation. He has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech and has received the Distinguished Alumni Award from his University.

William Daily has entered into a letter of appointment with the Company dated 5 August 2021. The Company has agreed a fee of £25,000 per annum for 24 days work (plus a pro-rated daily rate for any additional time which they are requested to spend on Gold Oil business over and above those 24 days) and a notice period of 6 months to terminate the contracts.

There are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 17 schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to William Daily.
