Issue of Shares
DJI Holdings plc (AIM: DJI), a licensed promoter and distributor of sports and welfare lottery products to third party retailers and direct to consumers, announces the issue of 125,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each at an effective price of 32p each. The issue relates to a subscription for new shares for a total amount of £40,000 in February 2010 and a bonus issue which occurred in July 2014, before the IPO.
Application for admission to trading on AIM will be made as soon as practicable in respect of these shares.
Following this issue of shares, the number of ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 130,648,391. The total number of voting rights of the Company is 130,648,391 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
