On October 1, 2008 the Company applied to AIM for a blocklisting entitlement of 19,099,529 of common shares. As at August 31, 2011, 8,203,856 common shares are remaining under this blocklisting entitlement.

As at August 31, 2011, the total capitalization of the Company is 247,481,769 common shares, 19,838,558 options and 4,863,066 warrants.
