The CompanyΒ has beenΒ notified that theΒ BraemarΒ Shipping Services plcΒ Employee Share Option PlanΒ (the "ESOP")Β acquiredΒ 6,800Β ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ onΒ 14Β JulyΒ 2008Β at a price ofΒ 500Β penceΒ per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holdsΒ 669,614Β ordinary shares in BraemarΒ Shipping ServicesΒ plc, representingΒ 3.19Β per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
